Who we are
SoltoshiDICE operates the SoltoshiDICE website and Android app and is responsible for the off-chain data described here. For privacy questions or requests, contact battlejoose@gmail.com. This policy covers both versions of the service.
Data we process
We process public wallet addresses, usernames and avatar choices, game activity, transaction references, referral relationships, chat messages and support reports you provide. Wallet addresses and these records can identify or be linked to you. We do not require your real name to play. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and message. Never send seed phrases or wallet private keys.
Device, session and usage data
Cookies and device storage remember sessions, preferences, policy agreements and game recovery data. Website usage measurement records a random browser and visit identifier, visit times, active duration and game interactions; it may be linked to your player record. Hosting and network providers process connection information such as IP addresses and request metadata. Security checks may use hashed network identifiers to prevent abuse.
Why we use it
We use data to connect wallets, operate and settle games, display profiles and chat, calculate rewards, recover sessions, answer support requests, measure service usage and prevent fraud or abuse. Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on providing the requested service, legitimate interests in security and service operation, legal obligations, or consent for optional access where required. Agreeing to this policy does not grant device permissions.
Public blockchain and community data
On-chain gaming transactions and wallet activity are public and permanent. SoltoshiDICE cannot edit or delete blockchain records, and on-chain data is not subject to our deletion process. Other parties may copy or analyse it independently. Usernames, avatars, public chat and game results are visible to other players; do not post private information in public areas.
Camera, microphone and files
Android version 1.1.7 and later do not request or access your camera or microphone. Hearing game audio or The Bank does not require microphone access. File import and export use the system picker only for files you choose. The optional browser studio and older Android versions can request camera or microphone access for previews and recordings. Previews and test recordings stay local; choosing Go Live sends selected audio/video to your chosen platforms and, if used, a streaming relay. Access can be declined or revoked in device or browser settings. Update older Android versions to remove these permissions.
Service providers and sharing
Hosting, storage, realtime infrastructure, blockchain RPC and wallet providers process data needed to deliver their services. AI text and voice providers process the game context and chat supplied for The Bank’s responses. Optional browser streaming providers receive selected media and connected-account information. We may disclose information when legally required or needed to investigate abuse. We do not sell personal data or use it for cross-app targeted advertising.
Storage, retention and security
Off-chain records are held on our service infrastructure and by its providers. Profiles, game history and usage records may remain until a valid deletion request is processed; support and security records are retained as needed for support, abuse prevention and legal obligations. Retention varies by record type and provider. We use encrypted network connections and access controls, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Providers may process data outside your country; applicable transfer safeguards and local rights still apply.
Your choices and off-chain requests
Disconnect your wallet to stop using that connection, and clear app or browser storage to remove local preferences and session data; this does not erase server records or on-chain positions. For access, correction, export or deletion of your off-chain account data, email battlejoose@gmail.com with your public wallet address and request. We may verify control without asking for secret keys. We review requests under applicable law, including retention exceptions, and explain any limits. Depending on your location, you may also object to processing, request restrictions, withdraw consent or complain to your data protection authority.
Age limits and changes
SoltoshiDICE is for adults who meet the legal gaming age where they are. We do not knowingly provide the service to minors; contact us if a minor has supplied data. We publish policy changes here and ask for renewed agreement at your next game entry. The current English policy is always available at soltoshidice.wtf/privacy without connecting a wallet or accepting the game’s terms.
