About these terms
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and SoltoshiDICE, the operator of the SoltoshiDICE website and Android app. Contact us at battlejoose@gmail.com. Read these terms and the Privacy Policy before entering; if you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and local laws
You must be at least 18, meet any higher legal gaming age where you are, and be legally permitted to use each feature. You confirm that you understand and will follow the gaming and other laws that apply to you. Do not use SoltoshiDICE where it is prohibited or evade legal restrictions. You are responsible for any taxes arising from your activity.
Wallets and transactions
You control your wallet and are responsible for its security and the transactions you approve. Review the amount, recipient, network fees and game rules before signing. Confirmed blockchain transactions are generally irreversible; we cannot cancel or erase them. Contract rules determine payouts, refunds and recovery of pending actions. Contact support about errors; do not assume that closing the app cancels an action.
Games, the bank and rewards
Wagers can lose their full value. Bank staking exposes your tokens to player payouts and contract risk; lock periods and the permanent Forever option apply as shown before approval. Referral and staking rewards depend on eligible activity and the applicable program rules. No winnings, returns, token price or liquidity are guaranteed. Only commit tokens you can afford to lose.
Fairness and service risks
Verifiable game outcomes do not remove financial, smart-contract, network or security risks. Read each game’s rules and verification information. Network congestion, third-party failures or maintenance may delay the interface or settlement. Screens, estimates and AI character responses may be wrong or delayed and are not financial or legal advice.
Permitted use
You may use the app for lawful personal use, subject to these terms and applicable software licences. Do not cheat, collude, exploit vulnerabilities, impersonate others, harass players or upload unlawful content. You retain rights to content you submit and allow us to process and display it to operate the features you choose. Do not disclose someone else’s private information or record them without permission.
Device access and external services
Android version 1.1.7 and later do not request camera or microphone access. Internet access supports the games, and a short foreground service keeps wallet requests alive during approvals. Wallets, blockchain networks and any optional browser streaming platforms have their own terms. You choose whether to use those services and are responsible for content you broadcast.
Availability and limits
We may restrict access for unlawful use, abuse, security issues or maintenance. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without promises of uninterrupted access or guaranteed outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Stopping use does not undo existing on-chain positions or commitments.
Changes and contact
We publish changes on this page with an updated date. The game asks you to agree again when either policy changes, on your next entry.
