Onchain Texas Hold’em Poker on Solana

Play SDICE Hold’em cash tables and tournaments with encrypted dealing, client-verified shuffle proofs and Solana betting and settlement.

Cash tables and tournaments

Choose a table, inspect its buy-in and blinds, and join an open seat. Each player receives two private cards and builds the best five-card hand with the public board. Betting progresses through preflop, flop, turn and river; the last player remaining can also win by folds.

Tournaments add registration windows, increasing blinds, table balancing and prize rules. Read the current event panel for schedule, entry and prizes. Tournament chips are not a cash-table withdrawal balance.

Encrypted dealing, shared verification

Participants shuffle and mask the deck using Ristretto255 group operations. Clients verify shuffle and lock proofs against committed transcripts. Hole-card keys are released only to their owner; public board cards open as the hand advances.

Solana records signed commitments, checks disclosed keys and card openings, enforces betting progression, evaluates hands and settles balances. The shuffle proof itself is verified by player clients, not by the Solana program.

What the proof does—and its limits

At least one honest, uniformly random shuffle hides the deck order under the protocol’s assumptions. Correct clients and protected private keys remain necessary. Board keys have n−1 recovery: that many participants can recover an unavailable player’s board share, but a coalition of that size can also inspect future board cards early offchain.

Full shuffle transcripts are not currently retained by the relay after every hand. Onchain hashes alone therefore do not let an unrelated observer replay the complete finished shuffle. This is an implementation description, not an independent security audit.

Stay available through the hand

Player betting turns allow 40 seconds. Auto check/fold checks when nothing is owed and folds when facing a bet. Remaining seated does not avoid the blinds.

Keep the original browser profile open during private dealing, even after folding. Losing local hand keys or an unresponsive participant can delay progression until recovery or a protocol timeout. Cash out using the table controls when allowed.
