How it actually works

Ownership issuance

Pool contributions create ownership through the program’s accounting rules.

Based on actual pool-token contribution

Below the program’s $2 million tracked-pool threshold, one eligible $SDICE contributed to the pool issues 100 $pSDICE, using the shared accounting precision. Above that threshold, a ratcheted curve reduces the rate as tracked growth advances. Its high-water mark prevents pool drawdowns from resetting the later rate.

Issuance therefore combines actual token contribution with USD-based pool thresholds, integer precision and rounding. It is not a direct copy of Papertrade’s dollar-based PAPER emission curve. A token count is not a USD value.

Consumed backing is included

The eligible contribution combines the pool share of the collateral settlement with the owner’s consumed $SDICE backing. Both are that trader’s contribution; omitting backing would understate their ownership reward.

One award per settled contribution

The ownership receipt binds the position, owner, pool contribution and issued amount. Replaying a receipt or retrying settlement must not mint the same ownership twice. The live receipt is the best place to inspect a specific award.
