Introduction

What is SDICE Perps?

Your meme bag. Blue-chip markets. Up to 1000× leverage.

Onchain trading on Solana with MagicBlock

SDICE Perps trading and financial accounting run in Solana programs: delegated position state executes in MagicBlock Ephemeral Rollups, then commits back to Solana mainnet for settlement. Token custody, swaps, FIFO payouts and ownership accounting are enforced by programs, rather than balances maintained only in a website database.

First, a huge thank you to papertrade.xyz

Papertrade pioneered a remarkable financial primitive on Hyperliquid: FIFO leverage powered by a loss-backed liquidity pool. Instead of requiring a conventional liquidity provider to take the other side of every trade, realized losses fund an oldest-first queue of winning claims.

That is a revolutionary idea, and the credit belongs to papertrade.xyz. SDICE Perps builds on that financial design and brings its own implementation to Solana, with Pump.fun tokens as collateral. Their work made us rethink what a derivatives market can be.

How we differ from Papertrade

Papertrade runs on Hyperliquid, reading HyperCore prices from its HyperEVM contracts. SDICE Perps runs on Solana and MagicBlock ephemeral rollups, and uses streamed oracle prices for the market you trade.

Our defining change is the collateral: eligible Pump.fun bags can power a synthetic SOL, BTC, ETH or ZEC position without being sold when it opens. Executable collateral quotes, separate bet backing and actual token swaps connect those bags to the payout pool.

SDICE Perps uses two roles: $SDICE is the pool and revenue asset; $pSDICE is non-transferable ownership earned from losses that fund the pool. Staking that ownership earns the revenue allocation.

Community token venues add separate payout pools, custody, ownership and FIFO queues. They share operating infrastructure but do not mix customer balances. Read the market-creation guide for token eligibility and allocation rules.

A different job for your bag

Choose a supported collateral token, an amount, a market and leverage. A long benefits when the market rises; a short benefits when it falls. The contract accounts for a synthetic position rather than buying the underlying blue-chip asset.

Winning profit becomes a USD-denominated FIFO claim paid in USDC as the pool can fund it. Losing collateral is settled into the platform token, helping fund payouts and issuing ownership to the losing trader.

What “100% rev share” means

All designated staking revenue is allocated to staked $pSDICE, the ownership earned by losing traders. The normal loss allocation is 90% payout pool, 1% SOL operating fees, 7% staker revenue and 2% burn, before execution costs and rounding. While FIFO claims are queued, 99% goes to the payout pool and 1% to SOL; no new staking allocation or burn occurs.

Ownership must be staked to participate. $pSDICE is not the same thing as bet backing, and neither is a guarantee that losses will be recovered.
